What differentiates IdeaScale from other similar products?

User-friendly, easy registration, gather a lot of useful features in the same platform, possibility to give different type of access

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization, especially for the campaign mode when it comes to the workflow and the evaluation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The comment section is not the most intuitive. It can look very messy when there is a lot of comment. The order of the comments is also confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depending on their needs, I would recommend them to choose this platform if they are looking for a

What differentiates IdeaScale from other similar products?

The IdeaScale team provides effective technical guidance and inspirational thought partnership. Their collaborative spirit leads to helpful conversations with other peers and users of the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility with creating different types of idea-generating campaigns. It's terrific to have ongoing campaigns that have continuous engagement and also have special time-limited campaigns that focus on a specific area or topic for more focused engagement. The mobile friendly features are fantastic and allow for real time empowerment of end users to contribute.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No major complaints! Ran into some technical issues that were more caused on my side than theirs, and they were incredibly patient and helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You will be surprised and satisfied with how quickly, thoughtfully, and effectively you get the ball rolling with IdeaScale. Be sure to consider the communication and "buy-in" strategy - in particular, how you will evaluate submitted ideas and communicate progress and updates on the work. IdeaScale makes it easy to get started and helps you think about longer-term implementation and engagement strategies.
