The initial free trial allowed me to ensure that the functionality and ease-of-use was acceptable to our team prior to a longer-term commitment for our acquisition deal.

nothing - it was great to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We used iDeals for organizing files for due diligence for a company acquisition. Both sides were highly satisfied with the ease of use for file sharing.

Ease of use for a senior exec non-IT person like myself

A small minority of features are not intuitive though easy to use once user learns/gets support

Clearly the optimal VDR for a medium-sized company like ours. I looked at many systems before selecting iDeals.
