What differentiates iContact from other similar products?

has mobile access and is easy to use drag and drop tool, compared to marketing 360 is less expensive, has many features that are not yet included for excellent work, however most are excellent to start working with marketing automation, you can easily have a management of work groups and customers that you can comfortably view on a dashboard, plus how easy it is to handle the drag and drop tool, it is very easy to understand and implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the visual analysis, and the ROI analysis and monitoring is very important for me since when doing campaign; As advertising, it is something I do on a daily basis and it is a fundamental part of my work to have all the tools available in a single channel, and Icontact PRO seems extremely easy to handle and without much protocol, it has its limitations because it is an inexpensive program, and there are many features that still need to be acquired, but I feel that little by little the platform is going to do it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The import and export of data is an aspect that I do not like about this platform, it is extremely difficult for me to be able to extract my clients' data from my email, to place them on the platform, in addition to the analysis of web pages and not being able to have a sales analysis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool for businesses and individuals just starting out with email and marketing automation. The service works as intended and the user interface is fairly easy to use and creates content to send by email. The customer service is second to none, it helps keep track of knowing which emails have been sent and which emails have yet to be sent. IContact PRO technology can eliminate any duplicate person in a contact list, saves time from having to go through thousands of people by ensuring no duplicates.

What differentiates iContact from other similar products?

It allows many features to arrange data more efficiently and effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides statistics for marketing insights and has various ways of visualising the data better so that one can understand their customers in a better way.It also supports automation which saves a ton of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should have more features for customising email templates.Also,its pricing can add up really fast. I wish there was a way to put stop after a specific price.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this but do look at the other options in the market. Also, keep in mind even though it is cheap its pricing does add up fast so keep an eye on expenditure.
