iContact PRO provides a drag-and-drop email builder, including a library of pre-built templates customizable for our brand. It has in-depth reporting that helps understand our customers better, from a glance

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing that we liked about iContact PRO is their pre-built marketing automation workflows that are designed to help us drive more revenue. The email builder is very easy to use amd comes with a large selection of email templates

What do you dislike most about this product?

Provide AI-powered design assistant that can use our website and social media accounts to brand our business's email newsletters and help in creation of great autoresponder sequences

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

iContact PRO offers a wide range of tools to make marketing automation, sales funnels, and personalization easy. These features allow you to reach targeted customers in your email list to get more sales

What differentiates iContact from other similar products?

iContact helps us manage subscriber lists by adding new emails via signup forms on our website and by importing lists. The service tracks our emails and provides real-time data on its interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The emails are mobile-friendly, and the interface does not require knowledge of HTML coding. iContact offers monitoring tools that allow us to create aliases and send emails based on demographics or filters

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is limited auto-responder functionality. We are not able to import contacts from Gmail or third-party address books

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

iContact allows you to add contacts to your email lists, preview drafted emails, send or schedule marketing campaigns, and track data regarding sent emails

What differentiates iContact from other similar products?

iContact comes with an in-depth email segmentation feature. It lets us break down and segment our entire list based on a wide array of categories, such as email opens, contact details, location, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The automation map makes it easy to visualize the complete user journey and enables us to keep adding various conditions and triggers to personalize our email marketing campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

iContact does not offer top-notch security methods. The company should establish systems and security measures that keep our data and our customers’ information safe.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your deliverability rate is badly impacted by a low reputation or engagement, and you desire to boost it, iContact is the highest-ranking tools in terms of deliverability, and it can ensure a higher rate if yours isn’t up to par right now
