iContact includes a drag and drop editor designed to make it easy to customize email templates to our company's needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult to create web forms with HTML and write code to customize aspects such as font, background color, and input fields

What differentiates iContact from other similar products?

Really straight forward to set up a great email marketing campaign without having specialist web development experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I set up any number of messages that will be sent at pre-chosen times. With iContact I use it already designed templates and simply personalize where I need

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing subscribers is tricky when trying to work with people who unsubscribed by mistake

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

iContact has an incredibly straight forward offering and one that will benefit anyone in the business, and its a product that does exactly what it says

What differentiates iContact from other similar products?

I like the program more than others because it is fast to setup and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

iContact PRO is ideal for those on a tight budget who want to get the most bang for their buck. Utilization is facilitated by a custom user interface. Great features at a reasonable price range make it more helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

iContact Pro provides a lot of useful features, however its scheduling functionality, which is now unavailable, might need some work. Other than that, it works well. There are occasions when the loading speed of a landing page is slow, and this has to be addressed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

iContact Pro is very user friendly and flexible for any user.Its have great dashboard and it's easy to import contact.The application is aslo very secure and very fast
