What differentiates IBM Security QRadar SIEM from other similar products?

Qradar is based on a solid infrastructure that not only provides scalability but also brings innovation, it need to be sized and tuned but it's the most reliable siem ever.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Total customization of every part of the product, great support and training materials

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be overwhelming to manage alone, this is a SIEM designed to be used by SOCs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Qradar can really open up to the infrastructure world the training material provided by IBM doesn't help you only configuring the product but it teache,s how to better understand how CyberSecurity works.

What differentiates IBM Security QRadar SIEM from other similar products?

IBM Support with X-Force team, Applications and integration not only in the whole IBM Security suite but with up to 400 different productors. Its response capability and its ease to use makes the difference between QRadar and the other SIEMS out there. 100% customizable and tunable following the needs of the infrastructure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The possibility to customize any aspect of the product from the remediation actions to the parsing itself. Its modularity and scalability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The GUI is something that bothers me but this is the IBM style, the report engine, even if it's good in its functions doesn't deliver many graphical customization options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

QRadar is a product that needs to be followed on a daily basis, it's not something that you can leave alone in the infrastructure, be sure to have the correct work-force to maximize its potential.
