Cloud based control desk tool that provides an automated service management set of tools with robust service desk capabilities.

What I like best about the software is that the service request management gives us users an efficient service desk for handling service requests and managing incidents.

I wish additional reporting capabilities were implemented

IBM Control Desk is perfect for any business considering the need to utilize an efficient service desk that handles service requests and manages encounters. It is very user friendly and you can customize your own service desk easily.
