What differentiates IBM Maximo IT from other similar products?

IBM Control Desk allows us to effectively track the performance of our assets and quickly identify and rectify any issues that may arise. It also assesses the severity of any defects and the impact of rectifying the issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IBM Control Desk can handle complex IT challenges and provides a range of tools to evaluate and rectify these issues. I also appreciate how Extensive it is in collecting data, allowing us to clearly identify problems before we implement the appropriate rectification strategies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You would think because they have Scanty documentation, they would compensate with a great support team, but Alas, IBM control Desk are lacking in both areas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IBM Control Desk is used across the entire organization, it is our centralized solution for addressing IT issues. The tool can efficiently monitor issues and changes for proper asset tracking. This helps to minimize downtime and improve overall asset performance.
