What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

Persistent threat hunting is top tier

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The efficiency of the product allows me to trust that my clients are adequately protected. If a breach occurs there is a team watching, isolating infected hosts, and developing a plan to remediate the issue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the user interface has improved it isn’t as intuitive as it could be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely give Huntress a serious look. The quality and price point are hard to beat.

What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

We had been protected with WebRoot Secure Anywhere and Webroot DNS and after initial implementation we found over 50 vulnerabilities and malwares

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The one-click resolution

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial integration, especially with MSP services takes some API tweaking

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Research using Microsoft Defender as they work tightly with Huntress EDR
