What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

24/7 SOC included with EDR and MDR, Automated endpoint and cloud account isolation, automated endpoint remediations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automatic or Manual Remediations. SOC included. Account/Endpoint isolation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some non-directly malicious things [PUPs] have gotten through. I wish there was a remote command line or powershell when an endpoint was in isolation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it, you won't regret it.

What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

We were particularly drawn to the 24/7 SOC offering and this has proven to work well now we have taken on the product and deployed it to a high amount of our client-base. It was also very easy to deploy the application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The 24/7 SOC response.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything in particular, sometimes the reporting on AV can be a little off but minor and rare.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it if they wish to deploy something at scale, backed by a 24/7 SOC and to work alongside Defender for Secure Score benefits.
