threat ops team keeping agents secure even when I can't.

Some icons on the dashboard are not intuitive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Huntress is worth giving a fair look at. Coupled with the managed AV it provides excellent value and protection.

While other products do similar detections and kinds of detections, the big difference is in the communication from both the support and the partner success managers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The communication from the company at all levels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm hard pressed to find anything I don't like about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trial it, especially, if you have opportunity, on a system that is infected.
