It's nicely integrated into the rest of their marketing and CRM automation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer data all in one place without any need for deep technical support

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's fairly limited in terms of feature set

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great if you only have a handful of service reps. For support at scale, you'd probably need something more robust and configurable.
