What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

It's not just a customer support tool through which you respond to queries. The features allow you to execute on a full scale customer support strategy. It's very frustrating for customers to explain again what happened 6 months ago, they don't have to do that as you have all the marketing, sales, support in one place

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

same as above + love your customer support, they reallyyyyy go out of their way to resolve the issue

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. The Inbox/Conversations needs to improve significantly w.r.t search, filters which is extremely frustrating 2. Have more intelligence w.r.t controlling spam traffic via chatbot 3. Allow more customisations in Knowledge Base

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't use service hub in isolation, get the full suite of marketing, sales to get the most out of Hubspot. There strength lies in integrating it all
