What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

Primarily cost and as with all Hubspot products the overt availability of training and explainers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Omnichannel Communications suite. Like the ease with which it integrates with Facebook Messenger has been a real time saver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of smart cues in this day and age is disorienting to say the least.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't get frustrated if you run into a problem. The solution or answer you're looking for is definitely already online somewhere.

This program has been the best to educate us regarding the connection with the client and the contact to achieve all the sales and goals of the company, this program works as a seminar for my advertising department within the company, since it is the one that trains us to have the best results and maintain a guide towards the best advertising interaction with each of our clients, HubSpot Service Hub has been the best program we have used to design the best digital marketing campaigns and resources and put it into practice as much as possible. as soon as possible, we have noticed that in a very short time the great impact.

This program is completely complete, this means that it is designed for an audience that has mastery with this type of program in a professional context, since otherwise many of the functions and how is the correct way to activate them can be a bit complex and difficult to manipulate, the complexity of this program is very high, I recommend it only to developers with time and knowledge about this style of software.
