What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
Save time, improve communication, and boost information flow efficiency. Above all, it is now possible for a single person to work for more than 5 people. Client acquisition-> thank you email-> deal setup-> URL broadcast-> exchange, for example, are completely automated, so you don't have to do anything to conduct what you've been doing one by one. You are now free to dedicate your attention to it. Furthermore, it can now apply measures that are appropriate to the pipeline status, measures for each segment, and measures that are clearly aligned with future customer expectations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer data is easy to manage. Full marketing and sales offerings include forms, landing pages, and email delivery. Complete design, user interface, and assistance that even inexperienced people can utilize. If you are a venture business, there are solutions that provide discounts, which is advantageous.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's difficult to understand for Pro and higher, especially because of the things that can be done for each Hub change.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I was able to see the sales status of team members whose names I didn't recognize in the spreadsheet. It is now possible to deal with issues, specialized effects, and clients without becoming confused. Data has been merged and does not need to be filtered anymore. It is easier to upsell and cross-sell. It does away with the necessity to transfer and update files. By sharing the HubSpot URL, you can instantly share the most recent information. It's also vital for sales marketing since it allows you to take appropriate steps based on consumer behavior.

I feel like the connectivity between different features (marketing, sales etc.) is good, makes it easy to see everything under one roof which makes solving issues easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface for support is a bit cluttered and "big", but that is just a personal preference. I'd prefer a more personalisation

Make sure you give it a test before buying and actually run some tickets through it
