What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
Being able to connect with your customers and address and resolve their issues quickly. Also, love that I can create a support ticket right from the chat and emails that come in!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to quickly and easily communicate with our clients! HubSpot helps our business run smoothly and the clients love the ease of being able to reach out to us this way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There really is not a reason to dislike this service as it is so easy to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for software that can do just about everything your business needs, then this is it!

This is one of the most powerful platform for bringing together customers and business enterprise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the capability of this product to ensure that all customers data is safely kept. Customers are free to air their views and concerns on our products and services. Great service to our customers has enabled us to build more trust on our potential clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not experienced any challenge from this platfoem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I totally recommend HubSpot Service Hub to any organization for better customer service delivery.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
Hubspot support is second to none. They are speedy to respond and are transparent and honest when upgrades and requested and they are not able to deliver immediately. Their training is fantastic with various modes of education.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
East of use. The Knowledge Base is extremely user friendly and undaunting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the was an export feature for Knowledge Base articles as well as more customizable features in the chat flow, but besides that they are a wonderful product. I suspect these two upgrades will be coming soon.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take a serious look at the product. You will not be disappointed if you implement the use of Hubspot into your customer service department.
