Easy to set up and customize its flexible knowledge base. Easy to integrate and migrate data. The interface is user friendly and intuitive. Easy to manage tickets. Excellent customer support.

Nothing to dislike about this product, it works to our requirements and expectations.

It is a very powerful single platform for all your customer service requirements with excellent reporting capabilities to unlock insights and improve on your efficiency and productivity.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

The ability to have all my data in one place and the ability to my personalized dashboards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support from the support and product team, They're so friendly and willing to help us find solutions to our admittedly unusual usage of Hub spot at times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish that the performance were better at times, as we do experience some delays with showing tickets or ticket views.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hubspot is a well established platform and is easy to use and brings great reporting tools or predefined surveys that you can use right away. This helps us understand how our customers feel and thus helps improve our services.
