What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

The efficiency and ease of use, integrations and automation, are what set this service apart from the rest of the competition. I've used many platforms before that never have I encountered something as easy to use, user-friendly and initiative as Hubspot. Our team will be using it for the foreseeable future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

System automation

What do you dislike most about this product?

The occasional slowness of the system now and then

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider making a layout that is easier to navigate/use. That part has always been an issue when we train new hires, but it's a total blessing for your day-to-day work life once you get used to it!
