What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

I believe there are certain features that the service hub provides that definitely makes us choose Hubspot!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would say the Knowledge Base is my favorite part.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a graphic designer, the ability to customize each service deeply.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think it's a good investment depending on the type of business and company they are.
