What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

Before HubSpot, customer information was held on spreadsheets, which had difficulties with information not being updated and incorrect information being entered. Since its release, it has been possible to "centrally manage client information and query information." It has a wide range of features used in the marketing and sales scenes, such as forms, pages, email transmission, and the ability to store customer information. Furthermore, the user interface is created in such a manner that even those who have never used MA or SFA before can use it, and there is a lot of help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think there are other comparable tools, but I think it is fine to designate it as one of the possibilities. I think even beginners can use it because it is simple to understand and provides information. Form creation, form response list and follow-up email sending sequence It is also easy to build, and completion tracking is possible by simply generating a ticket for each of the queries; it is also simple to administer. An "inquiry unification" can be done, separate the contact person in charge and quickly assign the person in charge, so this tool can manage at least 10 persons.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some internal issues to work out, such as how to use tickets as a business tool, but it is making a difference. In certain cases, articulating the purpose may be challenging. Nothing else exists.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We may interchange customer information with marketing, sales, and support without separating it by centralized control. Furthermore, several functions enable inbound marketing, and even inexperienced users may use lead-generating tactics. It has become one of our company's most important tools because it also serves as a knowledge store. I rely heavily on MA, SFA, support, and CRM, and I can't do business without HubSpot. If the number of email queries is clearly large in relation to the number of employees, you can state that this instrument is powerful assistance.
