What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

My experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been underwhelming. The integration with other tools and systems is not as seamless as advertised. I constantly have to renew social integrations, sometimes things don't publish, and metrics are not accurately reported. I get different numbers in the native social platforms than what appears in HS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it helps me automate social posting across multiple platforms at one time, but that's about it. The only reason I use it instead of other social tools is because we also use Hubspot for marketing operations and sales CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub's social media management features has been disappointing, particularly due to issues with inaccurate reporting and limited functionality. Reporting on social media campaigns has been consistently inaccurate. Metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and post reach have shown discrepancies when compared to the analytics provided directly by social media platforms. This inconsistency has made it challenging to accurately assess the performance of our social media strategies and make informed decisions. That's just the beginning but I'm out of characters.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start by evaluating the platform's fit for your business size and specific marketing requirements. Pay close attention to pricing to ensure it meets your budget because it can get expensive fast. Given the potential complexity, assess the learning curve and your team's readiness to adopt new technology. There are a lot of bells and whistles depending on your needs. Importantly, test the social media management tools and analytics for accuracy and effectiveness, especially if social media is a key part of your strategy.

Hubspot comes with an Integrated CRM and CMS and provides Powerful marketing and sales automation. The system is highly scalable. It is a truly all-in-one solution

It is a truly all-in-one solution - It has helped me streamline a lot of repetitive tasks - Helped me Lead Scoring and run Nurture campaigns - Email Automation is easy to use - Pipeline management becomes super easy - in-built integrations are super helpful

What do you dislike most about this product?

- HubSpot gets expensive quickly- If you do not clear your contact databases regularly - Not very effective when you don’t use it as an all-in-one tool

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

- Once you move completely inside Hubspot ecosystem, you will start deriving the maximum value - Especially the Marketing Hub and the Sales Hub should be used together
