Great all-in-one product; could use improvement

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
I think many of us in marketing consider HubSpot "the OG" marketing hub. You really can do SO much all in one platform, which is its biggest draw for me as an end-user/auditor. Owing to this, it makes cross-functional teams' lives so much easier. I can work on various projects for different departments all in one platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's overall ease-of-use, however, this is sometimes impeded by the unengaging user interface. The more customizations you have, the more confusing everything gets. It's not the best at neatly (or intuitively) organizing information, especially on complex customer accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a lot of customization to be had in HubSpot, but I feel like the customization features just aren't there. Really disappointed in the features for email marketing in particular. Because of this, I use an entirely different product for email marketing campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're thinking to use this solely for email marketing, get a niche tool for that. If you need this to function as a CRM *and* marketing platform at the same time, in addition to maybe even several other projects like managing teams, contractors, etc. -- then this could really work well for you.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Inbuilt Powerful dashboard builders Ability to add custom fields and custom validation. Filtered view, custom screens and fined grained access control
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometime slow to switch screens. Not very intuitive to use a lot of technicalities in configuration. e.g no dedicated marketing contact management etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great if you have a set marketing function, not a great value proposition for first-time users or very small/tiny marketing team.
