What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

It offers comprehensive solution for your business whether it is email marketing, social media marketing, sms etc. It's one of the most easiest platform to use in the market. Additionally it has its own CRM that integrates with marketing hub seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HubSpot ecosystem, particularly the free CRM. Because of this I can seamlessly sync my data with the sales team also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that i dislike about it is it's pricing structure, although the functionality I get with this tool is top notch. But with the business growing, the licensing cost become something that we really need to think of every year.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

How easy it makes tracking and managing every part of a campaign, from emails to social media, all in one smooth interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the advanced features can get pricey, especially as you scale up and add more users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

It is a platform that focuses on multiple areas of marketing in one place, unlike others that have features that only focus on a specific marketing objective, so it can be said that marketing monitoring can be carried out efficiently in multiple areas within a single platform. You can also track the journey of our clients, detecting when something works effectively and when it falls, determining the consequences and being able to carry out a better campaign by executing more attractive ideas for our clients. The automation of our emails and social media posts are more effective with this platform, there are no delays or inconveniences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, this platform does not require much experience to understand how to use it since it has a highly intuitive interface. It has a solid structure for managing emails, so marketing through this platform will be the least of your problems. The report view is super detailed, so you can have better performance by being able to easily analyze what really works when you deploy a marketing campaign. The management of different social networks and accounts in the same panel is incredible, there is no information scattered to manage, everything is simply in order and it is also extremely flexible with customization in that aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have a bad experience with the technical support team of this platform, it is incredible that despite the fact that I have the Marketing Hub Pro plan where they clearly show that there is priority with support and this is not fully fulfilled, resulting in long response times of up to more than 72 hours, it is understandable that this happens when you work with this platform for free but it does not make sense when it comes to a subscription plan. Also, mostly when I receive customer service the workers seem to have no ideas about this platform, only the basics, it is difficult to be able to get specific answers from the support team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is all-in-one, anything you have to do with marketing is here, plus it has competitive prices. The only disadvantage is technical support, so you may have a delay in getting solutions to the problems you may encounter.
