What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub (Social) from other similar products?
HubSpot social integrating with all the different features and functions was an important part in making this decision. The platform is basic compared to some others, but as a whole eco-system with the rest of the company's products, it's super valuable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a very simple tool to use and has the basic features one would need to management social media.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface wasn't pretty, and it took a moment to learn where to click and how to get things moving as compared to other smoother experiences on other channels, but once we got it, we got it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend you at least sign up for the base-level HubSpot with the free CRM and some level of automation to be able to leverage this to its fullest.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub (Social) from other similar products?
I think it's great in the advantages of integrating HubSpot with your social media channels is the ability to gain comprehensive insights into customer behavior in a very simple way unlike other systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about the product is that we ourselves can easily develop our environment over time and in line with needs thereafter. Simple, custom and without being too advanced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Would have liked to be able to automatically delete emails that have no recipient to maintain hygiene in the system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hubspot as the hub of an organization is obvious to me. Modern, simple and incredibly many choices. Where market meets sales and vice versa. An incredibly good system.
