Its seamless integration with other apps like CRM, sales, and customer services differentiates itself from others. It supports tracking customer engagement and makes them contact directly to the profiles. This activity gives a detailed view of customer interaction. Moreover, it has an automation feature for marketing to automate the posts and follow-ups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is seamless CRM integration. It gives a complete analysis of the buyer’s journey which helps businesses to interact directly with customer data. This approach helps personalize content by nurturing leads. It also analyzes the influence of social media on revenue. All of these have been done through a single source. This capability of automation by maintaining the level of personalization is an important factor in distinguishing from others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike about it. It comes with complete guidance and tutorials to get the best out of it. It is comprehensive software that meets all the requirements needed to manage social marketing at all scales of enterprises. It is doing best for me. I haven’t come across any of its cons.

HubSpot Hub is an all-in-one solution for managing marketing social media in businesses. Its features work more efficiently when integrated with its CRM. To work with it in the best way, one should figure out its needs and then operate it to meet them. HubSpot is a great choice for businesses searching for the best-integrated solution.
