Broad range of features, difficult to understand

What differentiates Honeywell Forge Visitor and Contractor from other similar products?
There are many features Sine provides that were not available with other kiosk/check-in solutions at the time of implementation (2020). Examples: adding safety video link / enforce viewing, workflow branching, image upload for each branch, mobile app for external vendors for pre-registration, ability to add safety instructions and checklists for hot work permits, fall protection, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We've had very few issues with it, which is fantastic. Most of our issues are related to the badge printers, although I am not sure if it's the printers themselves, or the communication with Sine. A simple reboot of the printer usually fixes it. Ability to fully customize each component of Sine is nice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was complicated to set up the workflows. I came on board with the system after 75% of it was set up and it took me a while to fully understand how it worked. I took over the system when the original project manager left the company and finished it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Keep in mind- "hosts" (who the visitors are coming to see) are manually uploaded using a CSV. This is fine for initial upload, but ongoing maintenance requires we run a script monthly to scrape new hires and upload them. This may be updated since I last worked with it, but in 2020/2021, it was the best route. This also means manual clean up of hosts who have left the company. Also, the first host listed (alphabetical order) was clicked so often that we had to remove him from the system to avoid contractors/vendors using his name (I presume it was a simplicity thing for the visitor- just click the first one in the list).
