What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?

Above all, it increases the level of cooperation between our Sales Training & Enablement department, the field, and marketing. We have never had the advantage of finding materials quickly or reusing the most recent content. Once we incorporate SFDC, I'm sure we'll achieve even greater synergy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy putting together a personalized selection of content for a customer and then seeing what they have read and how much time they have spent on each page, which enables me to have more pertinent conversations with them in the future. Our pitches' content has been improved. As a consequence, potential customers will like working with us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Search engine technology still has a lot to learn before it can perform to its full potential. When we type a phrase into the search bar and then click on a document, we are not immediately returned to the time we entered; instead, we must perform more searches inside the page to find it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about using a single platform for enabling. When everything is put together, management and measurement are considerably simpler! It's a fantastic tool for business, and their support staff is excellent at resolving our problems. That's why I advise using this tool so that you and your business can work quickly and generate revenue using a solid strategy.

What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?

It allows us to upload current marketing materials to Highspot so that our sales team can use this content. We also enjoy the analytics functionality to show us what content hasn't been updated within a certain period of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Organize and display advertising material, Allows you to create smart pages, very easy to navigate, create and launch new content and informative pages for our team, Keeps materials organized, allows you to edit documents online, is good for file sharing promoting collaboration between the team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The directory could be improved. Uploading and tagging documents is sometimes cumbersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it is ideal for organizations that have many internal documents that people need to refer to constantly
