Nothing, Highspot is great and I have used it at my two previous roles as well as my current role.

Very solid CMS though the LMS not impressive

What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?

Overall, Highspot's ease of use, deep analytics, training and coaching tools, and integration capabilities make it a highly effective sales enablement platform that stands out from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Highspot's CMS is highly intuitive and user-friendly, allowing teams to quickly find, customize, and share content with prospects. The platform also offers advanced search functionality to ensure reps have the content they need when they need it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think they have some real work to do on their LMS as it doesn't nearly come close to other competitors in the market. They have also increased the price point for the CMS so much so that it has become a bit debatable as to whether it's actually worth it's price of admission.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say given the price point and depending on your specific needs, don't be afraid to check out competitors; however, strictly speaking on the front of a CMS, this is a very solid product on the market. That being said, from our perspective if you can lock them in at a lower price point as we did they are willing to work with you in that range of pricing that you were already paying compared to the astronomically higher $$ that they want now. I'm just not sure the bang is worth the buck personally.
