What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?
Intuitiveness, integration, and simplicity. The tool is clean and easy to navigate. Well thought out workflows of how and when to provide prospects with content that matters, as well as internal collaboration on pitching and messaging around various pieces of content that drive conversations
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Super clean and easy to learn. And tracking of prospect activity around pieces of content
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gmail plug in doesn't allow for details traceability, where as creating a pitch and delivering through Highspot itself allows for deep tracking
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Fill this thing with a ton of content, and have engaged users collaborating daily in it. That's the only way to really see the power behind this platform.

You can't go wrong with Highspot

What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?
I was part of the search for a vendor, and Highspot is where we landed with for a sales collateral management platform. It has been the best decision. It quickly went from an Americas based solution to implemented globally. It was so smooth. Highspot continues to improve the platform & product; they are awesome partners. I don't know how we would have managed content (that was constantly changing) during these challenging times -- Highspot was a sanity saver. One difference maker for our organization -- Highspot will accept content from a variety of sources (SharePoint, Teams, DropBox, GoogleDocs, etc). no worries, Highspot will work
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use, easy to train new users and it's easy to manage. The end user knows if they are finding it in Highspot, it's up to date and accurate. It's easy for me as the manager of the platform to manage content from multiple departments. Having Highspot has created a greater level of confidence in our materials so that sales people don't waste time creating something is is available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I could see what other people do/have done to get more ideas. I don't want to rest on our laurels and get stale.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be patient with the process, you may need to develop new/different document management practices (that's ok!). Partnership with the different content creators will be important, so make sure they are part of your team or are partners in the processes. Don't worry if it seems slow at first, once you get the closet of content in order some - you'll have a great foundation once Highspot is launched.
