What differentiates Hibob HRIS from other similar products?
I am unsure that anything strongly differentiates it. Performance management is somewhat better and smoother compared to some solutions I used in the past, there are some engagement-strengthening elements, it's not completely formalized, but is neither creating sufficient engagement. Some good integrations, most are so-so.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's got solid workflows, but they need support to be set up adequately; however, once set up, they are serviceable and sensible. Performance reviews seem solid. Mobile app is a plus, but it's not spectacular.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration capabilities. API is not quite streamlined, several integrations required understanding of how certain elements delivered through API would correspond to the target system (e.g. identity providers). App needs polish and needs to at least reflect all the functionalities of the web interface.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Weight your needs precisely. If you're looking for a solution that will strengthen engagement in the long term, seek elsewhere. If you're looking for solid all-arounder, HiBob is decent enough. However, make sure that you only require major integrations (like Slack), any other could be a headache for IT people.
