With helix ALM, my engineers can easily handle software development concerns and testing. This aids in the utilization of frequency and provides assistance with minor business. In addition, their top-notch customer service facilitates the rapid resolution of issues and the smooth rollout of new features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of flexibility in adjusting its parameters is the main reason I dislike it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its features enable developers to monitor progress, record errors, and test end-to-end business scenarios, and its user interface is generally easy to use, therefore I think it's a good choice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Helix ALM has been a game-changer for our team! Customising workflows saved us tons of time adapting to the tool. It integrates well with existing systems, and the traceability features are awesome for keeping track of requirements. Definitely recommend!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, the biggest challenge with Helix ALM has been getting everyone on board at first. There was a bit of a learning curve with the new interface. But, once we offered some quick training sessions, everyone adjusted quickly. Now, we can't imagine going back to our old system!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a powerful ALM tool, definitely consider Helix ALM! The best part? You can customize workflows to fit your team's process, no need to rip and replace everything. It integrates seamlessly, and traceability is a breeze. Give it a try - the free trial lets you explore its power!
