Please don't let anyone buy Helcim. Takeovers usually result in higher prices, reduced features and elimination of good service.

Transparency, especially on pricing. Customer Service, they are fast and responsive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Clear pricing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Renewal of security features each year. It’s tedious and nitpicky. I think it could be better streamlined.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give them real consideration. Their “no surprises” pricing is refreshing.
