There are no downsides at all. Gusto automates data collection completely, and the forms are great and easy for everyone to fill out.

Plus, their software is visually appealing!

It was easy to set up, and processing payroll and renewing benefits is straightforward.

I use the basic version, and while there are some features I’d prefer to be more automated, I understand that I’m using the more budget-friendly option, and it still meets my needs.
