The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Guestrev from other similar products?
I think the support from the Guestrev team sets them apart and also the usability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the UI for the web, it is very easy to read and easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see the PMS Sync added to the Web version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
How easy it is to use the product and how great the support team is.

Great product, always developing

What differentiates Guestrev from other similar products?
GuestRev has a lot of capabilities, it's a reliable product that we do not have any issues with. The product is always developing and teaching us new things. The service from our account managers is also amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The rate recommendations and demand forecast are my favourite features and are always pretty much spot on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Manually overriding rates and making changes to anything in the back end is time consuming. If you make any changes you have to re-push 365 days of rates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this product to anyone in the Gaming Hospitality industry, the product has many capabilities that we did not know was possible before and have taught us how to increase revenue across our whole precinct.

What differentiates Guestrev from other similar products?
I have not used or tested similar products so I cant truthfully answer that question.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's ease of use and the ability to see the status of a property "at a glance".
What do you dislike most about this product?
Demand forecasting could use some work. Albeit the integration with OTA insight just not very accurate over the past year.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you take advantage of the entire software suite i.e. RevIntel, GroupRev so you have a 360 view of your properties.
