What differentiates Guestrev from other similar products?

Guestrev is very functional with gaming where many other products deal with hotel only.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The accessibility of the product. It can be accessed from any location. How dynamic the product can be with our business is also a favorite aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The group management product can be further developed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend the extra and go with the HTNG communication. It allows the business to be more dynamic and the transmission of information is quicker.

Best RMS solution for a hotel casino resort.

What differentiates Guestrev from other similar products?

For casino driven hotel resorts, compared to IdeaS and Duetto, Guestrev is the best solution currently that has proper casino customer scoring capabilities with proper displacement calculations and also integrates well with the Opera PMS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The combined feature set: Non-Room Revenue Forecasting (e.g. Casino Theoretical), Customer Segmentation and daily scoring capability. Web application allows easy yielding and rate changes via web application on desktop and mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Slow development cycle. Product has not had much improvements in the past 6 years. 2. Lack of batch upload features. 3. Products in catalogue (RevIntel, GroupRev, and Guestrev) do not speak well to each other can be considered siloed from one another.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product requires good technical understanding of the PMS (Property Management System) and how it communicates with the RMS (Guestrev) as well as the customer valuation model provided to the vendor. A poor implementation will yield a poor product and it requires that the customer be a good project manager for it to work. Expect nuances and customizations because no "vanilla" install will function optimally.
