When we first integrated it into our clinic, we were able to customize patient data fields to align with our specific specialties, which was crucial for ensuring accurate record-keeping across diverse departments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integrated scheduling and billing system in the sense that it eliminates the need for separate scheduling and billing software

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the basic reports are fine, getting more granular data, like specific patient outcome trends over time, takes more work than it should.

What differentiates Greenway EHR from other similar products?

The layout and design are easy to use and make sense for the end user

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it provides a lot of information about the person and easily shows previous and future appointments that the patient has. It is easy to access and login to system. I liked how I could organize the appointments and customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Simple tasks like printing are made much more complicated because of the amount of steps it takes to get to certain pages. It can sometimes be confusing about which appointments patients have had, usually because user error so it is not completely the software's fault.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ease of refilling meds. Ease of registering patients.
