What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

It is very appropriate to say that we all want the best trained staff for our companies or organization, we implemented this system for HR staff to do the hiring management in a professional way. We use Greenhouse because of the conditional tools for the job, it drives engaging interactions with candidates at every touch point, eliminates administrative burden and keeps everyone on the hiring team engaged.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In its models we have the capability of most of the features and flexibility for recruiters and candidate management plus interview processes with their respective templates and feedback options. Thanks to their intuitive platform it is very easy. They have been innovative lately with their new features and updates and I continue to be impressed by the product roadmap.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software has some things to improve such as their system for creating reports which are not completely intuitive or for tracking information as well as having limitations for the amount of 30 individuals per list, if you have more individuals than that, it is adding in a lot of clicks to navigate through all your candidates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend using Greenhouse only for a single purpose the process of managing candidates your interviews and candidate movement. One of the best features is the calendar integration is not very complete, but it is functional so that not being a complicated platform you can systematize in the beginning of your company.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

We use this software to find and recruit the best prospects for our jobs. Achieving it all from a simple to use platform and where we can have at hand all the necessary information of the candidates without searching in other programs, such as job posting, database of candidates and their resumes, interview scheduling and much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to integrate with social networks, where we can also publish our job offers, achieving greater visibility and attracting more recruits. It also has an interview management, where we can schedule the interviews of those selected, automatically sending them an email setting the day and time and adding a reminder for the scheduled date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Installing and configuring the entire system was a long and tedious process that I would have loved to be more automated, as well as migrating the information from my computer to the software database was another cumbersome and time consuming process. I am not very pleased with their technical service, because when we have needed their services, they have not been willing or able to give us an efficient response to help us solve the problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Finding the right person helps a lot. You can filter to find what you're looking for, although sometimes it gets mixed up with people applying for different jobs, although not in one category. Direct emailing is a nice feature; if we are interested in someone, or if we no longer want to work with a candidate, we can add our own automatically generated responses.
