I have only used Greenhouse Recruiting!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that I can create a custom link to an open role for someone who I am referring in, and I can track the status of their application as they move through the system/interview process!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing. Greenhouse is pretty seamless and very easy to use/straightforward.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Greenhouse Recruiting should be a must have for recruiting departments, and is easy to use for internal employees referring others.

The platform is very flexible, so recruiting teams can change workflows, data fields, and steps of the recruitment process. Gives its users real-time information about how well the hiring process is going and how well processes are working. Users can make their reports and set KPIs to see how well their recruiting plan is working.

The reporting and analytics feature of the app let users learn more about how well their recruiting process is working and make changes based on data. The tool is easy to use and has an easy-to-understand interface, which makes it easy for team members to adopt and use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Greenhouse recruiting can be pricey, especially for smaller businesses. Even though it has a lot of features and functions, the price can be a problem for some companies. Also, compared to other tools for analyzing data, the platform can make it hard to handle reports.

Greenhouse is a software that adapts to all the needs of the Talent Acquisition team, it is easy to use and does not require training for its use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about Greenhouse is that it has optimized the process of scheduling interviews with candidates, we have reduced our delay times in the process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I like the least is that at Greenhouse I can't get candidates through their skills, I can't do sourcing within the platform.
