What differentiates Gravity Forms from other similar products?
The breadth of integrations available at the "Elite License" level. It's incredibly easy to integrate with dozens of 3rd party services, meaning you can use your website to drive data to other solutions and build complex workflows with 3rd party apps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to use, plain and simple. I can create simple input forms in a minute or two, or I can spend hours creating extremely complex and unique data-collection tools that don't even look like forms. And the 3rd party add-ons greatly expand what you can do with the data you collect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No "conversation" type forms... yet (think TypeForm), but I know it's on their roadmap and actively being worked on!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gravity Forms is more than simple contact forms: you can collect email addresses and dump them into your favorite marketing app; you can create contracts where you collect signatures; you can use it to create accounts and access into LearnDash courses; you can collect payments; you can connect it to Zapier and do who knows what else... I even recently read an article discussing how to use Gravity Forms to create an online store! So for 99% of websites out there, Gravity Forms is probably going to be able to accomplish what you want (or need) to do.

What differentiates Gravity Forms from other similar products?
As compared to other similar products it is very easy to use and handle. Gravity forms can be used to create simple contact forms, as well as you can use it to create much more using its list of available features. There are endless integration possibilities in the tool. I am using the tool from a long while but no other tool has such amazing features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gravity Forms has an amazing combination of features and it is very easy to handle. It makes easy for me to use its personalized features. There are various plugins which can provide connectivity to third-party platforms for CRM, payments etc. You can use its features to easily build complex forms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are so many paid add-on in the site, other than that everything works fine for me in the tool. Can't wait to see upcoming updates and more new features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering to purchase this product then you should not have any questions or doubts about its features and the magic it can do with its add-on plugins. It is the best WordPress form builder currently in the market. Conditional logic can make a complicated form tailored and customized to the end users requirements. They also provided detailed tutorials which would be helpful for a beginner.

What differentiates Gravity Forms from other similar products?
Innovative way of getting the survey done with lots of capabilities, ease of use and analytics integrated with it. This makes the product enriched with lots of potential and stands out in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drag and drop feature along with the interactive user interface makes it delightful to work on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Demo or tutorial is must for someone who is using these products for the first time. One might get confused what to use after looking at multiple functions present on the survey product. They should also think on this aspect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go ahead if you are considering this product for online quizzes, surveys and polls. You will definitely enjoy the entire experience working on this. You will feel like playing a game rather than working on your task. The product clearly stands out a complete package.
