Saves hours of hard digital research.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Visualization and how the semantic AI works

What do you dislike most about this product?

Is would be a perfect tool if it had connected the facebook / twitter APIs. And had a mention alert system in order to measure real time reputation KPIs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You're wasting resources and time on Brandwatch (or similar) tools in order to extract real knowledge in your digital research.
