What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

It's incredible to keep in touch with people regardless of their location. Since we implemented it, we have been able to streamline our interactions with stakeholders, both internal and external. The ability to record customer conversations has also been valuable in gaining feedback on how we could improve our service. In light of my experience with the software, it would be an excellent asset for companies of any size, as it allows users to quickly and easily connect with others from any location.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's a great way to keep in touch with co-workers and customers through teleconferencing and online meetings, and it's easy to set up and use. I can record calls from my computer or phone to set up and participate in meetings from anywhere in the world. GoTo Connect integrates seamlessly with many different platforms and applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its current user interface is clunky and tends to confuse navigation, something I would like to see improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It can be used by businesses of various sizes to protect sensitive communications. The low cost does not compromise the product's high standard of quality or its powerful performance. There is a different reason to trust this product because it is continually updated. Everyone in the community should do it to raise the bar regarding the quality of their relationships.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

GoTo Connect has VoIP, video conferencing, phone systems and BIM tools in one central location.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows me to offer support to juniors remotely via video calls from anywhere and on the go via any device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoTo has the best IT tools when it comes to business communication - I have never experienced any drawback.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Personally, I would highly recommend GTC for corporate communication and support.
