What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?
I have used Goto since the days of join.me (a very early version of meeting software) I have a VoIP & Meeting account. Because of the bundled service, I see no need to use multiple products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use is the most important thing to me, this is EASY
What do you dislike most about this product?
Occasionally it gets glitchy & I have trouble recording a session.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it a couple times, you'll see how easy & feature-rich it is.

Integrated, many features without having to upgrade your plan. Help desk staff are very friendly and patient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The great quality phone handsets provided without exorbitant pricing of other vendors. They arrive fully commissioned and work out of the box.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Takes a lot to learn how to use all the features.

Make the most of the tech support that is readily available on your initial set up.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?
Its very user friendly product and very easy to implement. We have very high volume of customers using it and have never complained once they started using it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unified communications from this product is awesome. I can answer my calls anywhere anytime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike to this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it and you would be disappointed. It integrates very well with other products like Microsoft Teams.
