The simple UI, and ease of use admin tools

Nothing really

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are coming from a system that was more difficult to use, then you will have staff expecting this to be a harder product. We had the issue of staff trying to make things harder when they didn’t need to be, because they were use to having a hard time using the phone system.

Some of the advanced features and customization options can be a bit challenging for non-tech-savvy employees to grasp quickly.
