What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

GoTo Connect offers many features to manage calls, text messages, chat messages, voicemail, fax, and video conferences. It's an affordable platform, it has awesome tools like unlimited international calling, and features like an editor. Unlike 8x8, it lacks international phone numbers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is simple and easy to use, offers a 14-day free trial, has many collaboration tools, such as screen sharing, drawing tools, and more. I can manage calls, text messages, voice mail, audio conferences and virtual meetings. I can organize video conferences with more than 50 participants, easily, I can have four to 25 simultaneous web cameras and control what is being shown on the screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have had no problems using this platform, on the contrary, it is a real communication opportunity to share content easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is ideal for small teams looking for an affordable platform to improve their communication.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

It is very affordable in terms of cost, its flexibility and ease of use makes it different from the checkers, it can be connected with multiple platforms with ease like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Slack. Support offers exceptional service. It is extremely useful for receiving and making international calls with high audio and video quality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToConnect is a platform professional, I like easy clear quality calls (VoIP) and flexible messaging, I can track incoming call reports, support e-Fax, integrate with Outlook and Microsoft Teams easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

International calls are not as affordable as we say.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to use and configure. It works great for making calls and hosting meetings to train new hires.
