Ease of use and product functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity of the interface, especially creating and maintaining call paths.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, it is hard to get in touch with the sales teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering a UCaaS solution, GoTo is the best. Nearly all features are included in the monthly fee (not the contact center - but it is very competitively priced).

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

I make heavy use of the calls management, voicemail management, and meetings features. I know that there are other products, but this one gives me everything at my fingertips in a very easy to use and well-organized format. It follows me wherever I go whether I am on a computer or smartphone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can quickly see who called, who left voicemails, all of the details on one screne.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My company has not implemented speech-to-text for voicemails and this is something that I would prefer to have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can only tell you that it will help your staff organize their work, conduct meetings, and follow up on contacts.
