What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nothing about Go To Meeting that I detest comes to mind. Everyone I've used it with has appreciated how easy it is to use, how obvious the invites are, and how both the form and function are straightforward and simple to understand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many members of our team appreciated the fact that all meetings had the same domain connection in the past. Security comes first in everything, and after being explained, it isn't nearly as of concern or isn't discussed nearly as much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ease with which a meeting may be organized and altered, even after invitations have been received. I appreciate being able to both record meetings for future reference and share them with the team. I value that ToGo notifies me when my meeting record is ready for inspection and makes it simple to archive and search for at a later time.

GoTo Meeting is a fairly simple but powerful tool with a simple feature which is to connect all our areas in our company, through scheduled video conferences where all our employees can communicate with partner companies or directly with customers, maintaining a high quality in terms of user experience and a fairly simple overall usability, resulting in a stable platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool is quite light allowing us to have it on all our devices without missing any meeting, keeping our agents updated every day, it is an application with a simple and easy to use interface for all types of people, keeping our conversations in a centralized place and allowing others to provide their ideas and progress through the screen sharing option, achieving greater productivity in all areas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In some cases when logging in on Android the app closes unexpectedly which can be frustrating for users, notifications do not usually arrive regularly and by the time they arrive it is several minutes into the conference, making some users late. The video sometimes locks up unexpectedly however the continuous audio, if you are explaining something through diagrams, it is not so easy to understand it that way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Small and medium sized companies can become more familiar with this tool, since they have a low user load, meetings using GoTo Meeting can be much more profitable compared to its competitors, many customers also tend to use this tool so we have two ways to use it. Excellent price as the platform works properly, with its constant updates it has been constantly improving.

It is an excellent alternative for communication within a company because it can be used with calendars, notes, and email in addition to chats, groups, calls, and videoconferences. The option to "raise your hand" during a video conference is advantageous because it maintains the conversation's flow and chronological order.

Because GoTo Meeting is renowned for its short invitation sending and straightforward sharing across all device kinds and operating systems, I love that it enables us to schedule fantastic virtual meetings. I like how easy it is to set up a recurring meeting room so that we may use it for subsequent meetings without needing to change any settings or send out fresh invitations because it is sufficient to send out alerts with the date of the upcoming session.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting is a meeting management tool requiring users and attendees to have current IT equipment or smartphones. Even if it does so by any stretch of the imagination, if you're using an outdated machine or gadget, there's a good chance it won't work as expected.
