because it is stable and has good sound quality, goto meeting is a great choice for important business meetings compared to platforms that aren't as reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
there is a new smart assistant tool that automatically transcribes meetings, and i like that i can switch presenters.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the design looks and feels old, and it can be hard to understand for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
goto meeting is great for businesses that want great video and voice, but it might not have the most advanced tools for working together.
