What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the features that most positively captured my attention about GoToMeeting is the ability to make recordings of my video conferences or meetings, and store them in the GoToMeeting cloud unlimitedly. Many other video conferencing platforms offer a limited recording service, but GoToMeeting allows me to make these recordings without any limits. I have also loved the way this platform allows me to share my computer screen. All participants can see the shared screen window and can see everything I do on my computer. Another of the outstanding qualities is that it offers me a quality higher than 1080p for my video conferences, surprising.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only feature I didn't like about GoToMeeting is its limited number for my video conference participants. Currently, we are a company with more than 900 employees, and sometimes we need to hold large meetings where the participation of many people is needed. Being able to integrate only 250 participants has been a limitation for us, I hope that GoToMeeting expands this limit or creates a more advanced work plan that allows me to add more members to my meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I do not recommend GoToMeeting for large companies that need the participation of many people, it currently has a limit for the number of members per meeting. However, it is an excellent option for medium or small companies, because it has a good, totally secure work structure with SSL encryption and AES encryption, which allows all information transmitted in meetings to be totally confidential. In addition, it has the ability to provide a very good video quality, essential for anyone to carry out a meeting with a good view of the participants.

It is very easy to install and configure without the need for internal guidance, provides a good user interface and personalized interactive meetings, the screen sharing function is ideal for presentations, and the ability to mute participants helps maintain a great atmosphere by preventing time wasted. in unnecessary talks, it can also be integrated into my google calendar to keep track of all conferences, it also allows us to organize large internal conferences for larger teams of more people, recorded sessions can also be recorded and downloaded in the required format , it is an amazing high quality platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to change the meeting if you move, I also like the simplicity of GoToMeeting, which makes it perfect for those regular staff meetings, it is an application that takes care of communication through video conferencing with very high functions quality, the interface is highly rated to do a great job, I also love the fact that you can see all your colleagues on one screen, also all files can be shared during the meeting, the video call is very easy to handle both For the host as well as for the participants, it is splendid software that offers the best video quality yet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a perfect application without many technical glitches but the only thing is that it limits the number of participants in the meetings as up to 100 only, I would say that this is its only negative point so far.

The system is really instinctive for everyone included. It's easy to set up a meeting / webinar and include speakers. It is easy to customize the components available during the conference and the activities that the public can carry out, I definitely recommend it.
