because it is stable and has good sound quality, goto meeting is a great choice for important business meetings compared to platforms that aren't as reliable.

there is a new smart assistant tool that automatically transcribes meetings, and i like that i can switch presenters.

the design looks and feels old, and it can be hard to understand for new users.
