The features offered by GoToMeeting are stellar. GoToMeeting works on all platforms. The support is 24/7. Integrates with third-party platforms like Google Calendar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The smart assistant comes in handy. Allows a large number of attendees on every plan. The cloud recording is unlimited. The audio conference calls are very helpful for communication with customers. The video calls are HD for when we want to do face-to-face calls. The smart assistant is able to transcribe conversations automatically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no built-in file-sharing system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoToMeeting is helping us to have interactions with our clients in a productive way, it offers Voice, call management, contact center, and video conferencing. The platform is easy to use and has a lot of features that make the communication process seamless. I highly recommend GoToMeeting.

GoToMeeting enahnce ease of conducting simple online meeting session compared to it's alternatives. It's less expensive compared to it's alternatives. It's simple to access GoToMeeting from multiple devices.

GoToMeeting enahnce ease to make both voice and video calls. It's simple to send instant messages with GoToMeeting. It's simple to implement and get started with GoToMeeting. Enables ease to share my desktop screen with my remote clients. It's simple to record screen sharing session with GoToMeeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
GoToMeeting depends a lot on stable internet connectivity since it's a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'm delighted to use GoToMeeting to conduct simple online meeting and video conferencing thus it's a must to have.
